Our high-density mounting technology is top-tier in the industry.
We efficiently perform high-density installations on circuit boards, handling everything from large components such as 1000-pin class BGA packages, large connectors, and coils to micro-sized, narrow-pitch parts such as 0402 capacitors and resistors.
Using Carrier Boards to Their Fullest Allows for Both Quality and Efficiency
We enhance efficiency by using carrier boards (jigs) to simultaneously mount any combination of different circuit boards. At the same time, we ensure high-quality mounting on thin, high-density circuit boards by maintaining a flat substrate.

High-Level Mounting Quality is the Result of an Appropriate Process Inspection System
We implement an optimal inspection system by placing high-precision 3D/2D imaging inspection at critical points such as solder printing stages, component mounting stages, and soldering stages. As part of the inspection, we utilize general-purpose 2D/3D inspection machines and in-house developed imaging inspection machines. By doing so, we maintain high product quality by preventing defects and leaks through timely, well-placed inspections, and providing immediate feedback on the preceding process.
A Full Range of Mounting Evaluation Equipment Aids in High-Quality Design and Enhanced Reliability
We possess a full range of inspection equipment, including an X-ray inspection machine for non-destructive testing of products and parts, a scanning electron microscope, a composition analysis machine, a thermal shock measurement machine, and a thermal flatness measurement machine. We also leverage solder connection reliability assessment technology and circuit board mounting simulation technology to ensure high quality and high reliability.
